Central location, excellent stay

convenient parkingcharacter buildingeasy accessfriendly staff
The hotel features convenient parking. This was a GREAT help. The building itself IS a listed building and has character. The location provided easy access to Clifton Village and nearby shops. I found the staff friendly upon my late evening arrival.
My room, though tidy, seemed quite small relative to the price I paid.

excellent location near clifton

ideal locationquality roombeautiful buildingsteep stairs
the hotel location is ideal. it's close to everything you want including the museum, the shops, and the downs. i recommend visiting clifton village. the building itself is beautiful with good quality rooms. i would definitely stay here again.
when they say 'up two flights of stairs' i feel that is an understatement. the room was in an attic room up very steep, narrow stairs. the hotel isn't quite the boutique that is portrayed on the site, more 80's b&b.
Rooms
9/10
the room i had was very clean. the bed felt comfortable. the room was quiet and it included a good shower. i particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness.
Dining
8/10
breakfast food had really good quality. i liked the pre-order options. the hotel needs to do this for efficient service. staff at breakfast were helpful.
Facilities
10/10
the parking was a bonus and very useful. the staff were really friendly and always ready to help. the location is perfect for exploring. it provided an excellent base for my travels.
